Privacy and retention

We store your account email, prospect and sender information, selected source facts, prompts, lyrics, recordings, campaign settings and credit/payment records to provide Croonio. Submit only information you are permitted to process. Music inputs go to Noiz; research and lyric requests go to Anthropic. Supabase provides account authentication, Resend sends account emails, Railway hosts the private workspace, Cloudflare stores opt-in listening pages and audio, and Stripe processes payments. Croonio does not receive your full card number. Connecting Instantly sends only reviewed draft-import fields; its credential is encrypted in Croonio's private storage.

Your workspace requires authentication. Publishing a listening page is optional; anyone with its link can open it or forward it. Revocation disables that page and audio. Optional listening analytics require publisher opt-in and listener consent, count link sessions rather than identified people, and retain events for up to 30 days. Necessary session cookies support login and request security. We do not sell your personal information or run advertising trackers in Croonio.

Workspace data is retained while your account is active. Request an account data export or deletion from the account email at support@croonio.com. We verify account ownership before acting, revoke published pages, remove connector access and delete workspace content. Financial/security records needed for accounting, fraud prevention or legal obligations may be retained with restricted access. Routine backup copies expire within 27 days. Suppression/revocation records may be retained to prevent an opted-out contact or revoked link being reactivated. Providers process data under their own terms and retention practices. Contact support to exercise privacy rights or ask about international processing.
