Refunds and credit issues

Request a refund at support@croonio.com within 14 days of a pack purchase. Unused purchased credits are refundable at their proportional pack price. Credits already used for completed generation are not normally refundable, except for service faults or where applicable law requires otherwise. Free credits have no cash value. Include the account email and order reference, never card details. Refund requests are reviewed before a refund is issued. A refund or dispute can temporarily place the wallet on hold while its balance is reconciled. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
